Bunkai

Bunkai is the application of the techniques found in the kata. It is the interpretation of the movements and their use in self-defense. It is important to understand the bunkai of a kata to be able to perform it correctly. The bunkai must be realistic and effective. It must be performed with control and precision. Kata

Breaking

Fights
